Volvo Car USA is bringing a new, improved Recharge plug-in hybrid powertrain is coming to the US in its 90 and 60 Series models, significantly extending electric range while lowering carbon dioxide emissions, increasing performance, and improving drivability. By 2030, it plans to become a fully electric car company.

Volvo Cars brings updated electric XC40 Recharge and C40 Recharge to US; increased range, RWD

The fully electric Volvo C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge models have been updated for the 2024 model year to offer increased range ( earlier post ). Range improvements come thanks to two new powertrains offered on both the C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge.
