Euro 3 for motorcycles and mopeds (widely available since 2007). car exhaust emissions in outer London by nearly 16%, benefitting five million outer London residents. Successful scrappage applicants will receive a grant to scrap or—for the first time—retrofit their vehicle for certain vans and minibuses. Source TfL.
