CARB settles with American Honda Motor for $6.9M for violations of air quality regulations on small off-road engines

Honda’s engines failed to meet the 24-hour evaporative standards determined by testing engines while cycling from typical night-to-day temperatures found in California. Ethanol Groups File Suit Challenging Constitutionality of California Low Carbon Fuel Standard

Two ethanol trade groups—the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA) and Growth Energy—have filed a complaint in Federal District Court in Fresno, California, challenging the constitutionality of the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS). The OAL ensures that agency regulations are clear, necessary, legally valid, and available to the public.
