The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. It offers 18 models that deliver 30 mpg or more. It also offers eight hybrid models. The car is expected to cost around $40,000. Thats short-sighted.
