The California Energy Commission (CEC) is awarding $1,135,862 to 12 small-scale projects to research that will reduce the cost of producing electricity, save energy and improve the environment. Russell Carrington of Thermaphase Energy, Inc. The project aims to increase the generation of clean, low cost, efficient energy.
