Portland, Ore.; Focus Electric is powered by a 23 kWh lithium-ion (li-ion) battery system (with cells from LG Chem/Compact Power) with an advanced active liquid cooling and heating system to precondition and regulate the temperature. which also will assemble battery packs for Ford’s hybrid and electric vehicles.

With the AC system, I'll probably be pulling less amps and am looking forward to the extended range. I've been in contact with Victor at Metric Mind here in Portland who is developing the state-of-the-art EVision battery monitoring system. Both US-Battery and Trojan have 8-volt golf-cart batteries.
