based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. To get the most mileage, one could not have the radio, the A/C, or the headlights on. Interesting in any case. Thats right.
