Today, BMW unveils a zero-emission concept car for its 100th anniversary, Volkswagen lawyers say the company delayed announcing its diesel cheating in order to cut a deal with regulators, and a Maserati Levante plug-in hybrid SUV could borrow powertrain components from the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivan.
