The federal government has dropped $7 billion in its “Hydrogen Hubs” program that will create seven regional programs to create clean (fossil fuel-free) hydrogen along with additional infrastructure. It is only sold in California at 11 dealers, six in Northern and five in Southern California, and those are grouped in heavy population areas.
