In 2015, 10% of state departments’ light-duty fleet purchases must be ZEVs, climbing to 25% of light duty purchases by 2020. Transform fleets. Ensure that hydrogen and electricity can legally be sold as a retail transportation fuel. Plan for and integrate peak vehicle demand for electricity into the state’s energy grid.
