Chevrolet has announced that the all-electric Silverado will boast a much-higher maximum range than anyone had anticipated. Rory Harvey, General Motors' incoming president for North America, has stated that the Silverado EV Work Truck (WT) will have an EPA-estimated 450 miles of range 450 miles on a full charge.

By the time he finally, and happily, got rid of it, he said the friggin piece of junk used more gas than his small Honda because tow trucks get crappy milage. Haul or tow -- buy a Silverado. My truck said that it was supposed to get 24 highway and highway is all I drive I only get 18 on the best of days. You dont need one.
