You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. Plus you can use solar and break technology, as well as other more experimental technology, and never have to charge it because it would then charge itself. So is the management in Washinton DC. Oh, and it looks wayyyyy cooler than the Volt.
