Lutz, who retired earlier this year, called the car Detroits "moon shot" and an attempt to wrest the mantle of innovation back from the Japanese. AND the Detroit car companies were laughing. So is the management in Washinton DC. The Obama Administration doesnt understand that. GM doesnt have a chance.
