They will have to access how much it will cost them to switch. I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Or Cell phone companies agreeing on all cellphone using a mini-usb plug. Tesla probably did not sign up because they are already making EV cars. However, I dont welcome this news.
