The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is accepting grant applications for innovative, advanced fuel, and vehicle technology projects that will result in cleaner advanced alternative transportation within the commonwealth. Grant applications will be accepted through 13 July 2018.

The 30C credit covers up to 30% or $30,000 of the up-front costs for purchasing and installing EV charging infrastructure and equipment for qualified properties and businesses. New Jersey EV incentives also include grants that reduce costs for EV supply equipment and even rebates for electric miles driven.

Critical enablers requiring immediate development are: Flexible economic and engineering models capable of evaluating the wide variety of proposed approaches for alternative fuel facilities and supply chains. Current economic and engineering models were developed with assumptions that do not match those for alternative fuels.
