BraunAbility on Tuesday unveiled a wheelchair-accessible conversion for the 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid minivan. The company, which specializes in these conversions, claims the Sienna is the first hybrid conversion widely available to disabled users.

Goodbye To the Minivan. Kia is out of the minivan business and is shaking up things with the all-new 2022 Carnival. The Korean car company will remind you it is not a minivan but an MPV or Multi-Purpose Vehicle. With those words it hopes to remove the stigma of people saying “I will never own a minivan.”. Chrysler calls it a “multipurpose vehicle,” but we will stick with modern minivan. mpg, with a breakdown of 174 all-electric and 290 hybrid miles. The only minivan with a plug. Weird, I know, but Toyota’s latest Sienna was a pretty darn great take on the minivan in 2024, so why mess with success in 2025? Conversely, the base screen shrinks to eight inches, a real downer. It’ll also be good for 36 mpg combined on front-drive Siennas and 35 mpg on AWD trims. This facelift ain’t a facelift.
