Scottsdale is part of the greater Phoenix area, the fastest growing city in the US, so it is no wonder that it is expanding so quickly.

A PUMA runs on lithium ion batteries, can reach 35 miles per hour, and can travel up to 35 miles between charges. One of them is bringing out a nice looking 4-passenger electric with a 110 mile range. My Vespa scooter gets 100 miles to the gallon and can carry two people and two bags of groceries under the seat.
