Fleets don’t want to go electric at scale until they’ve done years-long pilots, but the Advanced Clean Trucks regulation will artificially constrict that timeframe. Lots of fleets will be placing orders for heavy-duty EVs over the next few years. If you don’t build something like that, people can’t refer to it.
