introduced the new WiNG system , an advanced, integrated, bi-fuel system for passenger and commercial vehicles targeting fleet customers. Engineered at the new Westport technical facility in Plymouth Michigan, WiNG systems will be installed and the trucks will be ready to roll when they reach authorized Ford dealers.

Most of the eVTOLs being designed or flown now are intended to be flown by a pilot on board, at least for the first several years of commercial operation. All the GCS hardware is installed in a truck provided by Bell Textron. As the helicopter was preparing to take off from Fort Worth for the first flight, at around 2 p.m.

The program includes the installation of 10 alternative fuel refueling sites (two B20, one Electric Recharging, and seven CNG). The project will deploy 554 alternative fuel and hybrid electric vehicles and install 153 alternative fueling and electric vehicle charging stations throughout the Chicago region. Total DOE award: $15,000,000.
