If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. The Democrats have reached too far.
