The EPA report is the authoritative reference for carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) emissions, fuel economy, and powertrain technology trends for new personal vehicles in the United States. In MY 2013, Mazda had the lowest fleet-wide adjusted composite CO 2 emissions and highest adjusted fuel economy performance, followed by Honda and Subaru.
