Along with the mid-term NGP 2010 plan, originally announced in December 2006, Nissan is reviewing its long-term CO 2 emissions-reduction scenarios. Nissan signs electric car alliance with Europcar

Europcar Groupe has already implemented numerous environmental initiatives within the scope of a Green charter certified by Bureau Veritas in June 2008, including a recent announcement to display CO2 data for all its vehicle rentals. To date the Alliance has signed two final agreements in Europe with Portugal and the Principality of Monaco.
