The package also includes provisions that will ensure adequate fueling infrastructure is available for the increasing numbers of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles planned for deployment in California. Base credits for ZEVs on range, with 50-mile BEVs earning 1 credit each and 350-mile FCVs earning 4 credits each. Modify Credit System.
