The California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program (ARFVTP) approved four regional planning grants to prepare for electric vehicles. 200,000 to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District. 200,000 to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District.
