The California Energy Commission’s (CEC) Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program (ARFVTP) approved four regional planning grants to prepare for electric vehicles. Cities taking part include San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, and Berkeley, along with Marin County.
