Coltura is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the switch from gasoline and diesel to cleaner alternatives. Four states, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts and Washington, collectively representing about 15% of the US auto market, have all considered bills effectively requiring all new cars sold in the state to be electric.
