The UK Plug-in Car grant aims to stimulate the sales of electric cars by slicing a chunk of the price. The list of eligible models remains healthy , but it was hoped this would grow as car brands worked on their prices to get their model on the coveted list. Any car above £35,000 was no longer eligible for a £2,500 discount.
