Today's Junkyard Find is a rare example of Mazda's entry in the sub-six-grand field for '88, found in a self-service yard in northeastern Colorado. Mazda began selling the second-generation Familia in North America in 1971, as the 1200 (with piston engine) and R100 (with Wankel engine). No power steering. No air conditioning.

Uneven or loose surfaces aren’t much of a hindrance and the vehicles are set up to absolutely devour miles without much physical effort.& But I never encountered anyone at Spyderquest who had ridden their three-wheeler for more than 40,000 miles. They’re not cheap machines. Spyder trikes don’t have this problem.
