BYD already has a plug-in hybrid for sale in small numbers in China, and has Warren Buffet-infused plans to market PHEVs and EVs in the US within a few years. Can I charge my new EV here? In the future, any plug-in car must be able to charge at any public charger. That would be a game changer.
