Cash for Conversions” will start by fixing many of our 100 million trucks, vans, and buses. We already upgrade our computers.

A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! Cause if you're without wheels, which is due to $4, $5, $6/gallon for gasoline, then "Happiness" is not likely yours! After all, if the US Stimulus Package program could do "Cash for Clunkers," then why not "Cash for Conversions!".
