It’s under the hoods of the 250 million vehicles we drive today. Using existing technology, we can convert many of them into plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles. Since vehicles are also part of what we’ve built, with bipartisan support, we will enact a similar program: “Drive Star.”

A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! Particularly to the Plug-in Hybrids Electric Vehicle (PHEV) like the Toyota Prius before them as well as converting internal combustion engines into pure Electrics! along with a 110-v AC opportunity charge provided as well.
