Alfa Romeo Tonale – the Italian brand finally has a rechargeable car in its ranks in the form of the Tonale PHEV compact SUV. BMW iX electric SUV is due in Australia late in 2021. The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles.
