In states (or countries ) with a high proportion of coal-generated electricity, the miles needed to break-even climb more. However, there has been public pushback over how to pay for the plan and its push to decrease personal driving by imposing a mileage tax. The San Diego backlash over a mileage tax may be just the beginning.

GM killed that car because of back room deals with oil companies, and now they expect us to believe that they are just so cutting edge now? It is 12 years later. The management at GM are liars.
