Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., has no EV chargers in its five-story indoor parking garage. They rejected my request to allow cyclists to hose off their bikes in the alley behind the building, which cost nothing. Nearly every one of these apartment buildings are without any on-site EV charging.
