Open Source Civic EV Kit

After spending the past year and a half converting a Porsche 914 to an electric vehicle, I decided to expand my horizons by designing an open-source electric vehicle (EV) conversion kit for a commonly used car. Unfortunately, these kits are for much older vehicles like the Porsche 914 and the VW Rabbit.

As you may have noticed, the blog entries have dropped off rather abruptly in recent weeks. I should be getting the 18 8-volt golf-cart batteries from American Battery Company early next week. As you might imagine, I'm a bit frustrated with this and don't really know what to do next.

They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla.
