The Volvo C30 Electric is manufactured in the Volvo Cars Ghent plant in Belgium and finalized in the Torslanda plant in Sweden. The cars are leased to customers in selected European countries and they are also currently operating in demonstration programs in Sweden and Belgium. A full recharge takes about 7 hours.

The Volvo C30 Electric will be manufactured and delivered to leasing customers throughout Europe, including in Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands and Norway. The car is recharged from a regular household power socket. A full recharge takes about 7 hours. As a result, the luggage compartment is unchanged.

On the outside, it’s clearly a Volvo, from the upright SUV stance to the brand’s characteristic “ironmark” logo (better known as the male’symbol) on the plate where a grille would be.
