The second copy set you gave us is a little light. I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. I went and spoke to their City Council and said “For $50,000 a house I’ll put in solar AND battery systems and take you off the grid. And this is boring.
