The Volt is, and always has been, more than than an electric car. GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. It offers 18 models that deliver 30 mpg or more. Wired Home Subscribe Sections Cars 2.0 The Obama Administration doesnt understand that. Thats short-sighted.
