Designed to help both Honda and former EV pioneer, Nissan, play catch up with brands like Tesla and emerging Chinese rivals, the new arrangement follows shortly after Honda terminated its proposed EV venture with General Motors. One car, the Honda Prologue (pictured top), has already been released as a result of that dissolved partnership.

Initially our Electricity was provided by Scottish Power. Asking them to convert to Eco 7 configuration to power the LEAF at cheaper night rate was proving impossible. At the time Scottish Power had little if any concept of Eco7 and ‘smart’ meters. Battery Pack: PylonTech. Eventually deciding it was impossible. .
