A group of US automobile dealers filed a lawsuit (Case 1:12-cv-01935-TWT) on 4 June with the United States District Court, Northern District Of Georgia, Atlanta Division accusing the Indian truck manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra, Ltd. Mahindra told the dealers that its light trucks and SUVs were ready for delivery to the US market.

Case-in-point is the all-new GV60 EV, which followed its cousins, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (2020), and the Kia EV6 ( 2021). Each of these are excellent all-electric SUVs (check out review links at the end of this story. The GV60 is sold in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Utah and Washington states.
