It is one of the most exciting and innovative green car concepts around and now the Fisker Karma Plug-in Hybrid will make its public driving debut. The vehicle will line-up during the Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races on August 15, some 19 months after it was initially unveiled as a concept.
