Volt like hybrids are the intermediate future between hydrogen or fast charging electric cars. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. Just hope that we switch over to HHO (Hydrogen-Hydrogen-oxygen) gas before the "Battery thing" gets out-of-control. So I think its a safe bet for GM.
