One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? Fisker is a good example. The EV1 needs to be built with LI batteries and a REAL Assembly Line. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". Forget the black helicopter conspiracies. Never again.
