You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. they only developed it because California forced them with the 0 emission law, and the MOMENT the car and oil lobbyist and lawyers were able to kill the car, GM recalled every EV1 and destroyed them. Oh, and it looks wayyyyy cooler than the Volt. Never again.
