Between 2009 and 2011, Chinese buyers purchased 13,000 EVs and PHEVs—more than U.S. Spain has set a goal of 250,000 electric vehicles on the road by 2014.

Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. should be illegal for companies to purchase patents for the purpose of blocking technology.
