If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. Haul or tow -- buy a Silverado. So is the management in Washinton DC. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". The EV1s failure was a failure of Management. Never again.
