Fisker is a good example. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". Notice in [link] that GM carefully avoids claiming to reduce CO2 by shifting to the grid, but leads people off the track by focusing on smog related issues. Many others are not so careful. Never again.
