If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. Think of driving any vehicle in the hot Los Angeles summer time. JUST TRYING TO MILK and Suck as much from the fall of the Auto industry as possible. The EV1s failure was a failure of Management.
