Lutz, who retired earlier this year, called the car Detroits "moon shot" and an attempt to wrest the mantle of innovation back from the Japanese. AND the Detroit car companies were laughing. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. GM doesnt have a chance.
