Three years ago, the magazine Popular Mechanics even wrote an article prodding the auto industry for not building the 100 m.p.g. Bright is planning to sell its IDEA to commercial businesses only. Brights commercial truck, however, could actually make a big difference even if you and I cant run out and buy one.
